The room was a spacious Superior Double Room with air conditioning, a tv, and a comfy seating area. Enjoyed the little balcony with outdoor furniture. The hotel has a nice spa area. Location was convenient for public transport and storage for my luggage was a bonus.

The carpets could use a thorough vacuum!!! Air conditioning is ineffective and unresponsive!!! The limited storage in rooms feels inadequate for longer stays, and missing essentials like toilet paper can be frustrating!!!

The hotel is conveniently located, a great experience for my family. Our stay was smooth, and breakfast was plentiful, fitting our large crew of 5 teenagers and 2 kids.
My wife says that the lack of cups and coffee in our room was disappointing.

Quiet hotel located conveniently between station and city centre. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful with adequate English. Breakfasts were excellent and overall the hotel provided excellent value for money.
